Sex Coaching & Embodied Therapy

As a Certified Australian Sex Coach, I apply a client-centred approach in supporting individuals, couples and groups to become more aware of their bodies, sex and sexuality. Informed by embodied therapy, mindfulness and neuroscience, this comprehensive support will allow you to explore your potential with an approach that is tailored and most suited to you. I aim to bring mindfulness to sex with real, practical and useful tools allowing people to explore their sensuality. All done in an open and safe space with the opportunity to ask, share, discuss, feel and relate.

I've developed online courses for NORMAL, Pilot and a sex ed series for the University of New South Wales, I work with the most innovative and pioneering sex-tech companies and sex-positive brands, in both advisory and ambassador roles. I run monthly workshops, present on a range of topics Australia wide, I'm a qualified Journalist, write for online publications and have published a book on masturbation, Pleasure Journal​.

Supervision

I receive a minimum 3 hrs of Supervision each month. One group focuses on Somatic Theory, Trauma Informed Approaches and Embodied Therapy, the other on the modalities of Psychology, Sexology and Counselling.
